Spitfire - Coming Home

Single Spitfire slips through the fading light on it's way back to base. This Mk IX served originally with 312 (Czech) Sqdn from early 1944 and is seen here in 1st Belgian Sqdn codes - if you listen hard you hear the Merlin growl!
